Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Director, Commercial Solar QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control). As a leading solar design, engineering, and construction company, SES is committed to delivering high-quality solar energy solutions. As a Solar QAQC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections and audits for solar installations
Perform visual inspections of installed solar components and electrical connections
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Create and maintain quality control documentation and reports
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to address any quality concerns or issues
Assist in the development and improvement of quality control processes
Provide training and guidance to installation teams on quality practices and procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in quality control or inspection role, preferably in the solar or construction industry
Strong knowledge of solar industry standards, codes, and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Electrical knowledge to include codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to Travel
