Position Overview
We’re looking for a QA/QC Regulatory Specialist to help uphold our best-in-class standards for GMP compliance and regulatory accuracy. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on quality assurance and quality control throughout the production lifecycle—from documentation audits to internal inspections to corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
Review and audit production records: Batch Records, MMRs, Packaging Records, and product formulations.
Conduct and support validation of equipment, processes, and sanitation protocols.
Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; initiate and monitor CAPAs.
Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, protocols, QA documentation, and compliance reports.
Monitor quality system metrics and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in supplier qualification processes, including documentation and CoA review.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to maintain alignment on quality standards.
Ensure adherence to FDA 21 CFR Part 111 and relevant cGMP regulations.
Qualifications
1–2 years of QA, QC, or Compliance experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or food manufacturing.
B.S. in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong grasp of cGMP, QMS, and FDA regulatory frameworks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
Analytical mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
