Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at Creative Options. You would work three days per week in our Bangor office, with occasional opportunities to work remotely. There is a $300 sign on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the QA of agency files.
Enter expiration dates for training and compliance into our internal tracking database.
Upload compliance documentation to internal employee and subcontractor files.
Perform QA checks on files for waiting employees and subcontractors.
Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policy.
Participate in data collection and analysis to inform quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
Experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a healthcare or support services setting.
Must be experienced with office-based technology and have the ability to enter data and maintain electronic compliance files.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel at a basic level.
Must have exceptional attention to detail in terms of data entry and compliance monitoring.
Familiarity with MITC and SharePoint is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently.
Must understand HIPAA requirements and maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
