Salary: $115,000-$145,000
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Director of Quality at our innovative facility located in the bustling city of Columbus, Georgia. This full-time, permanent position is designed for a visionary and strategic leader who is deeply passionate about advancing quality standards within the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry. As the Director of Quality, you will play a crucial role in molding the future of our operations and ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental and company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues and opportunities.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve quality performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven track record of successfully implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
