Strategic Vision & Governance: Direct enterprise-wide QA strategy across multiple EIS modules to align with business objectives.
Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large testing programs, tracking KPIs, resource allocation, and project milestones across multiple agile teams.
Automation & Architecture: Champion the adoption of scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, REST Assured) and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate testing cycles.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with product managers and technology leadership to manage budgets, external vendor relationships, and deployment risks.
Team Leadership: Mentor and build high-performing global teams of QA managers, engineers, and automation specialists.
Leadership Skills: 15+ years in QA or software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior director or program director capacity managing multiple complex teams.
