Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve our quality systems.
Duties
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO regulations.
Collect and analyze research data related to product quality and performance.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Provide feedback on product quality issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in QA/QC processes within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and ISO regulations is highly desirable.
Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
