e:Lead the Operational Excellence function to improve manufacturing performance, productivity, asset reliability, cost efficiency, and sustainable operations across the organization's manufacturing facilitie
s.The role drives Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, performance management, process optimization, digital manufacturing, and operational improvement project delivery in collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Supply Chain, Finance, and Information Technology (IT). It supports management system effectiveness and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives without owning day-to-day production, quality assurance, maintenance execution, HSE operations, or final operational approval
