Director Quality Jobs in Overland Park, KS at Saint Luke’s
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct comprehensive testing of both frontend and backend systems to ensure quality and functionality
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for various stages of the testing process
Identify and document software defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure the stability of the system
Communicate test results and findings to the development team and project stakeholders
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in quality assurance testing, with expertise in both frontend and backend testing
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, and JUnit
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in software testing or related area
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US citizen
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
