THE POSITION

We are looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Manager with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment. Works with quality, engineering, production, and other support groups to improve manufacturing processes. Ensure that all company products meet quality standards before they reach the customer. Primary responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards, developing quality control processes, and training. Maintain ISO documentation and records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Understanding customer expectations and needs from a product and customer experience

· Develop and implement quality control processes and conduct inspections, as required

· Review product development and manufacturing processes to ensure that quality standards are met

· Investigating the root cause of defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that suppliers adhere to quality standards through audits and performance monitoring

· Monitor and evaluate internal production processes to keep products aligned with quality standards through inspections, data analysis, and process improvements

· Rejecting products that do not meet quality standards and managing the quarantine process, documenting non-conformance through investigation and ensuring corrective actions are implemented

· Engaging with customers and gathering feedback on all quality issues

· Establish, document, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with ISO 9001 standards

· Maintain ISO documentation and records

· Engaging with employees for training, motivation, and coaching to meet quality standards

· Manage the calibration system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement equipment

· Oversee the customer returns and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process

· Supervising applicable staff and monitoring production standards

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications:

Strong written/verbal communication and organization skills

Can work well independently or as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production Management, or equivalent manufacturing experience of 5-10 years

· Ability to collaborate closely with production staff, sales teams, engineering, and customers

· Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards

· Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
