What You’ll Do:
This position is responsible for the final inspection processes, procedures and documentation to ensure quality control of our finished products.
Quality Control & Inspection: Conducts in-process and final inspections, first part inspections, and ensures parts meet industry and customer specifications, correcting dimensional errors as needed.
Reporting & Documentation: Completes nonconformance reports, issues RMAs, and compiles ISO 9001 quality metrics for management.
Customer & Team Collaboration: Communicates with internal and external customers, participates in problem-solving meetings, and supports quality issue resolution.
Essential knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes:
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in dimensional analysis, GD&T, reading engineering prints, and using measurement tools such as Romer/Faro arms or other CMMs; experience with ISIR, PPAP, and first article inspections.
Equipment & Compliance Knowledge: Experienced in calibration of measuring equipment and knowledgeable in OSHA and environmental regulations.
Communication & Work Ethic: Strong verbal and written communication skills; dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining productivity.
Team-Oriented Attitude: Demonstrates a positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to support multiple departments and roles as needed.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
