Job Description
Circle K Business Centre in Riga is looking for a driven and engaged colleague to join our Distribution & Compliance Support Team, with the responsibility of supporting fuel distribution processes across North America and Europe.

Distribution Compliance Officer
Type of Employment: Permanent

What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain processes within Global Distribution Support Department to ensure that established standards and management requirements are met.
- Identify and escalate any instances of non-compliance or significant issues to the responsible personnel and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Participate in internal process mapping and standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) upon management request, ensuring processes are clearly documented, up to date, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Perform audits on Global Distribution processes as requested by management.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to continuously develop and implement new quality checks to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to upcoming projects and support their implementation.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Compliance, Internal Audit, Quality Control, or other related fields.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Logistics and Compliance.
