BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Southern California’s Life Sciences community. We are currently looking for an ONSITE 3mo temporary Document Control Assistant for a leading San Diego area medical device/diagnostic company.

*Must be local and willing to work fully onsite in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

Scan, upload, and maintain quality records in the document control system.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of documents per SOPs.

Retrieve and archive documents following company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support documentation needs.

Assist with document tracking, storage, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

0-2+ years of experience in document control or administrative support.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems (SAP required).

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
