Position Summary

The QA/QC Analyst will perform Terminal Operations Audits of Terminal locations, prepare audit documentation, and track audit responses through completion. The QA/QC Analyst may also review and analyze quality-related data, identify problems, offer resolutions, and perform reporting activities.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
Perform Terminal Operations Audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC Oversight programs and company operating procedures including proper documentation by the facility.
Audit the condition and operational readiness of truck racks, tanks, valves, docks and any associated equipment.
Prepare and report details of any product contamination, prior deficiencies and corrective actions.
Prepare reports and other documents for regulatory agencies and company compliance programs.
Update and maintain applicable policy and regulatory manuals.
Ensure proper administration of inventory management and product quality control practices.
Work with Terminal Managers/Operators during Terminal Audits.
Provide support to and interface regularly with different departments.

Position Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to accurately complete product netting calculations and apply fundamental math skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Ability to clearly summarize and communicate compliance issues to all levels of organization.
Working knowledge of Terminal Operations practices to include product receipt or delivery, tank gauging, sampling and testing, and maintenance.
Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with Toptech (terminal automation and inventory management software).
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.
Must be committed to working safely at all times.
Experience/Education:
High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of (2) years’ of pipeline and/or terminaling experience is required.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential Card (TWIC).
Travel:
Up to 50% travel required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work requires physical efforts associated with using the computer and phones to access information.

Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This position is required to be performed at the work site during regularly scheduled hours. Physical presence at the work site is required.
