Quality Technician

Basic Requirements:
Must be able to do in process and final inspections to meet print specifications.
Use of measurement equipment including but not limited to: micrometers, calipers, comparator, gauges, Mahr height gage, optical comparator, profilometer, laser mic, etc.
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Must be able to complete inspection records and work order documents as required
Basic math skills
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 highly preferred including good documentation practices.
Understanding of FAI, First Piece approvals and in process inspection methods.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
CMM operation experience preferred
Vision System operation experience preferred
Calibration knowledge preferred
Gagetrack knowledge a plus

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime.
Monday – Thursday, 3:00pm – 1:30am.
Pay is based upon skill and experience. There are timely performance reviews.
