- Responsible for the establishment of quality documents, sample confirmation, and process quality control for the introduction of new products.
- Responsible for confirming various design requirements and standards of customers, UL, IEC, ISO, GB standards, etc.
- Ensure communication and data exchange between customers and the company on quality, and handle customer complaints and other quality issues generated by new products in the design stage.
- Lead the quality analysis, improvement activities, data collection, and monitoring implementation of the design stage.
- Responsible for sample quality control, testing, DOE verification, defect analysis, and feedback on new products.
- Control of quality goals for new projects and new products, decomposition, analysis, implementation of quality goals, and process correction;
- Complete other matters assigned by superiors.
- College degree or above in engineering.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience as a quality engineer.
- Need to have quality work experience in the new product introduction stage.
- Have a certain understanding of electronic components/injection molded parts.
- Have certain design work experience and be proficient in using quality tools
- Quality tool-related training or 6 Sigma training.
- Master the ability to work in DOE, PPAP, and APQP.
- Be able to use 3D SolidWorks, 2D AutoCAD, and other software.
- High work efficiency, strong organization, and team spirit.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good English speaking and writing communication skills.
