What You’ll Do
As a Quality Specialist, your day will involve:
✔ Supporting the Local NDC Quality Team, which may include:
Assisting in the development and updates of local HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans and quality requirements.
Supporting Raw Material Risk Assessments to ensure ingredient safety and compliance.
Ensuring full regulatory and Nestlé compliance to maintain audit readiness.
Driving initiatives that uphold food safety, product quality, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced food industry environment and is eager to drive high-quality standards.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing operations with exposure to quality assurance and compliance.
Technical & Regulatory Expertise:
Strong HACCP knowledge – understanding and implementing food safety protocols.
HACCP/PCQI Certification (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) – Required.
Experience in Raw Material Risk Assessments and quality control processes.
Key Skills & Abilities:
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in reporting and documentation.
Fluent in English – strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience – ability to work with teams and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $36.85 – $41.20 per hour
