Title: E Commerce Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities:

Understand site structure & customer journey in both Online Store, Employee Purchase Portal (EPP) and marketplaces (eg. Lazada, Shopee, etc.).

Understand of promotion running daily/weekly/monthly basis by align with onsite operation team.

Run end to end full cycle Quality Control testing in frontend site in both Online Store and EPP including promo code, making sure promotions are working as expected till payment & order placing.

Monitor banners, components, product image, CTA link, page loading etc on frontend in both E store and EPP and report to online team.

Monitor price on each site including discount price & special price.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess diploma/degree in information technology.

Minimum 3 years working experience on Online Stores or marketplaces.

Prefer candidates with working experience related to eCommerce industry.

Must be detailed oriented, good follow up and strong communication skills.

Understanding of customer journey and experience in UI/UX will be a plus point.

Ability to write test script for automation testing is a plus.

Candidate must be willing to work at KL Eco City, fully work in office.
