About Us:
Alcopatrol Inc. is a growing electronic manufacturer and trading company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Warehouse & QC Fulfillment Assistant to join our team.
Unlike traditional heavy industrial factories, our facility functions purely as an e-commerce fulfillment hub. The daily work focuses on processing online orders, picking, packing, labeling, and prepping shipments for dispatch.
This role is ideal for candidates who have stockroom experience and prefer a predictable, light-duty, and supportive environment over fast-paced corporate quota pressure.
(Please note: Our facility is equipped with AC, but the work involves manageable, light-duty physical activity).
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Fulfillment & Quality Control: Accurately pick daily online orders, inspect product quality, barcode/apply item labels, and neatly pack customer shipments.
- Shipment Preparation: Assist with prepping bulk and individual outbound shipments, including product labeling, polybagging, box assembly, and packing according to shipping guidelines.
- Shipping & Local Drop-Offs: Print shipping labels, prepare packages, and drive to local carrier centers (UPS/FedEx) for quick daily drop-offs.
- Inventory & Product Support: Unbox incoming product shipments, neatly restock shelves, and help maintain accurate stock counts. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the appropriate team member.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep our workspace swept, organized, and clean alongside a supportive team. Work cooperatively with team members and follow company procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in general warehouse, stockroom, or order packing work is preferred. (E-commerce experience is a plus, but general warehouse background is welcome!)
- Language: English (Required); Spanish (Bilingual is a plus!).
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required for local carrier drop-offs).
- Skills & Work Style: High attention to detail (great at checking product QC/barcodes), patient, organized, and familiar with basic packing/shipping procedures.
- Physical & Environment: Comfortable working in warehouse environment and able to perform light-to-medium physical tasks (mostly light items, no heavy machinery or heavy lifting required).
