Position Overview: Lead the organization’s Quality Management program, overseeing Quality initiatives. This comprehensive role reports to both the Director of Risk Management & Patient Safety and the CNO – two exceptional leaders known for their supportive, autonomous management style.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Management Program
Required Qualifications:
5+ years acute care quality management
Supervisory experience
Current California RN license or equivalent clinical certification
Bachelor’s degree
Peer review experience
BLS certification

Pay: $125,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
