Electrical & Instrumentation Quality Control Manager
Join a leading EPC contractor supporting heavy industrial, oil & gas, and energy projects throughout the Permian Basin. We’re looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Quality Control Manager to lead E&I quality programs, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities while ensuring projects meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation QA/QC program across assigned projects.
- Manage E&I inspectors, audits, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
- Review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate commissioning, turnover packages, NCRs, corrective actions, and punch lists.
- Support third-party testing agencies and field quality activities.
- Work closely with project management, construction teams, vendors, and client representatives.
- Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Electrical & Instrumentation Quality Management experience.
- Industrial construction, EPC, oil & gas, or energy project experience.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and electrical safe work practices.
- Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, turnover, and quality documentation.
- Ability to read one-line diagrams, IFC drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50.00–$62.50 per hour
- Overtime Available
- $150 Daily Per Diem
