National Vinyl LLC is searching for a Quality Control Inspector who can ensure that all products meet quality standards. A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer specifications are being met and company quality standards are followed. If you have previous experience with quality inspection in the manufacturing industry, we want to hear from you.
DUTIES:
Understand quality standards and apply them in a fast paced work environment.
Reject and communicate non-conformances to Supervisor.
Perform minor corrections if needed.
Verify order accuracy (was the product made correctly with the required options).
Label product as required.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED required
Must possess good communication skills
Proven history of understanding industry quality expectations
Fast learner and good attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Comfortable reading a tape measure down to 1/32”
Able to use a caliper/micrometer a plus
Able to lift 50 lb
