Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist/ General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hard working and willing to learn, have experience in warehouse operations and be familiar with various tools and equipment used in shipping and receiving departments.
Responsibilities
· Inspections of damaged items, return products, and items for replacement.
· Assembly of product and taking measurements as needed.
· Repackaging of product as needed.
· Logging and proper documentation of all inspections and measurements.
· Picks products for shipment.
· Ensure that all products are accurate and in good condition.
· Verify accuracy of items prior shipping.
· Stages products for checking in the designated shipping area.
· Palletizes products and marks boxes with reference numbers such as purchase order and bill of lading.
· Follows all warehouse health, safety and security programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations.
· Safely operates forklifts and other shipping machinery.
· Follows required methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy.
· Stock and re-stocks product to maintain warehouse organization.
· Cleans and maintains the warehouse as needed.
· Wraps packages or inspects wrapping for conformance to company standards and regulations.
· Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons.
· Unloads containers and stocks or transfers products as instructed.
· Follow all company policies, SOPs, and instructions from supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
