התפקיד כולל:
- בחינה חשמלית וויזואלית ליחידות מורכבות (LRU/SRU) בדיקות בתהליך, בחינה סופית לפני משלוח ללקוח.
- מעקב ותחקור אירועים והובלת תהליכי שיפור.
- ביצוע ובחינת פריט ראשון (FAI) לפי תקן : 9100AS .
- בחינת תיעוד (בדיקת מסמכים כגוןCOC :,ATR ,ESS) וכו’ .
- התנעת פעילות לאישור חריגות (NCMR) ומעקב ביצוע.
דרישות התפקיד:
- הנדסאי/טכנאי אלק’ בעל ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בבדיקות עם צב”ד אלקטרוני ובחינה ויזואלית
- הכרה עם מגוון אמצעי מדידה מתקדמים .
- הכרת תקני איכות ISO 9001 , AS9100
- הסמכה לתקנים IPC 610/620
- יכולת עמידה בלחצים ועבודה בסביבה דינמית.
- נכונות לביצוע שעות נוספות לפי צרכי המחלקה .
- עורך מבדקים חיצוניים/פנימיים – יתרון
- יכולת קריאה של מפרטים ושרטוטים (אנגלית/עברית)
- שליטה בשפות אנגלית /עברית -חובה
- יחסי אנוש טובים
We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Quality Inspector to join a leading organization in a hands-on quality role.
What will you do?
Perform electrical and visual inspections of complex LRU/SRU units
Conduct in-process inspections and final inspections before shipment to customers
Track and investigate quality events and lead improvement processes
Perform and review First Article Inspection (FAI) according to AS9100 standards
Review quality documentation, including COC, ATR, ESS and additional required documents
Initiate NCMR processes for non-conformities and follow up on execution
Requirements:
- Practical Engineer / Technician in Electronics
- At least 5 years of experience in testing with electronic test equipment and visual inspection
- Familiarity with advanced measuring tools
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
- Certification in IPC 610 / 620
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work overtime according to department needs
- Experience as an internal / external auditor – Advantage
- Ability to read specifications and drawings in Hebrew and English
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – Must
- Strong interpersonal skills
