7am-3:30pm
3pm-11:30pm
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Wire Technician $19-21
Responsibilities:
Assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools.
Final Assembly of control panels and equipment
including point to point wiring from Wire Run lists and
electrical schematics.
Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies.
Works with other Production Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process at the required high quality standard.
Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Quality Control Inspector $22-25
Responsibilities:
Inspection of wire harnesses and cable assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Mechanical inspection of subassemblies built using hand and/or power tools.
Final inspection and verification of control panels and equipment, including auditing point-to-point wiring against Wire Run lists and electrical schematics. Overseeing the testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies.
Works with Production Technicians and Engineering to identify defects, correct non-conformances, and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process at the required high-quality standard. Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are strictly followed and that all quality assurance and inspection paperwork is filled out as the work is performed
Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
The Assembly position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in electro-mechanical assembly.
The Quality Control position requires 2-4 years of experience in testing/quality control.

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
