Electronics Quality Inspector

Location: Denton, TX 76208

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday OT)

About the Opportunity

Staffing Network is seeking an Electronics Quality Inspector for our high-tech repair client in Denton, TX. This company specializes in repair and lifecycle management services for electronic and electrical OEMs, retailers, cable and satellite providers, and mobile/telecommunications companies. Their team of expert engineers and skilled professionals is dedicated to extending product life, repairing defective components, reclaiming reusable parts, and supporting sustainable recycling programs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect, test, and measure materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure product quality is maintained and continuously improved.
  • Identify, document, and report quality issues to the OBA Lead or Project Lead.
  • Maintain adherence to established quality standards, regulations, and procedures.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in quality processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client expectations.
  • Meet attendance and punctuality requirements.
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Previous quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to use testing and measuring equipment.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality control procedures.
