Electronics Quality Inspector

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday OT)

Staffing Network is seeking an Electronics Quality Inspector for our high-tech repair client in Denton, TX. This company specializes in repair and lifecycle management services for electronic and electrical OEMs, retailers, cable and satellite providers, and mobile/telecommunications companies. Their team of expert engineers and skilled professionals is dedicated to extending product life, repairing defective components, reclaiming reusable parts, and supporting sustainable recycling programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Visually inspect, test, and measure materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure product quality is maintained and continuously improved.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues to the OBA Lead or Project Lead.
- Maintain adherence to established quality standards, regulations, and procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in quality processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client expectations.
- Meet attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use testing and measuring equipment.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality control procedures.
