We are seeking a new team member to serve as checks-and-balance within our production department. This role will be pivotal in conducting tests and identifying issues within the production of our products or services. Ultimately, working with a team to ensure our final products meet our organisation’s standards across the board. This position is full-time, hourly, and reports to the Quality Systems Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties
Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data. Ensure floor compliance with QMS and QMS documentation of floor practices.
Monitor the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
Remove faulty products from the floor, notify Inventory Specialists.
Maintain, monitor, and clean work areas.
Examine products and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using spec sheets and standards charts.
Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to in- process and finished goods; report any issues to the Quality Systems Manager.
Perform daily quality inspections for all location teams.
Complete daily dump and damage report and give it to the Quality Systems Manager.
Pay close attention to damaged or inferior products and bring to the attention of Quality Systems Manager

Minimum Education
Professional degree or equivalent work experience
Experience Required
3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance

Ability to read and understand a tape measure, digital callipers, and multimeters
Writing and communication skills
Problem Solving
Customer Service Experience
CRM, GSuite Experience
Experience with using basic hand tools
Ability to present to Management

Ability to identify and manage KPIs
