Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

* Responsibilities:
* Ensure all electrical products, including bespoke items, meet UK and EU safety standards.
* Evaluate products against general safety regulations and industry standards.
* Research and recommend testing protocols for various product categories to ensure legislative compliance.
* Create and maintain technical files for all products, ensuring the safety and compliance of imported goods.
* Review and approve product artworks, instruction manuals, and rating labels, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* Liaise with external departments
* Investigate and resolve issues related to customer complaints, external queries, and out-of-specification products.
Key Requirements:
* Experience testing of electrical appliances
* In-depth knowledge of UK/EU standards and regulations for electrical appliances
* A electrical based degree or equivalent qualification/experience
