Primary Responsibilities
Functional
Core:
Execute final inspection along with FAT.
Planning & Coordination with team for FAT & final Team inspection
Provide training to QA team.
Create Effective & Testing protocol for all product lines
Work with Production team to ensure proper FTR from team & performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.
People development
Planning & Coordination with final team & trained them for FTR
Guide the inhouse team for self-inspection.
Key Result Areas
Lead Final Quality Inspection team & to develop system to achieve the FTR

Development of strong relationship with internal & External customer.
