Engineer, Quality Assurance Jobs in Oxford, NC at Revlon Consumer Products LLC

About the Role:
Supervise audit or inspection processes meant to monitor compliance with established quality standards

Coordinate and review the work of a team of analysts or inspectors that collect data identifying potential quality failures

Evaluate quality of raw materials or components, in-progress goods, processes or operations

Assist team members in interpreting quality standards

Summarize team findings and prepare reports for management

Suggest changes to vendors or purchasing/production procedures with the goal of improving processes or products

Perform inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyze data, and identify trends in defects or error

Investigate quality failures and recommends changes to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues

Assess and report on the impact of process changes on quality

May be responsible for monitoring vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards

Regular and predictable attendance

Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location

Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable

About You:
Ability to work as part of a team

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to build collaborative relationships

Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies to solve quality problems

Excellent technical writing skills to document QA results and recommendations

Must have an analytical mind and an eye for detail that can help troubleshoot problematic programs and executable codes

Excellent listening, oral and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Preferred Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
