Responsibilities:
- Investigating reported incidents and conclude the results in timely manner
- Transcribing audit checklists from the applicable regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Detecting quality shortfalls prior developing into a deficiency
- Planning, conducting and executing compliance monitoring audits and communicating the audit results with concerned parties.
- Performing root cause analysis and suggesting the proper controls/ actions
- Following up on the effectiveness of the preventive measures and safety controls
- Developing procedures, instructions and technical bulletins
- Monitoring the adequacy/suitability of documented procedures
- Liaising with the competent authorities and customer airlines regarding any matters related to Engineering and Maintenance Department activates
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Part 145, Part 66 and Part M regulations
- Knowledge of using aircraft maintenance, planning and operating manuals (AMM, IPC, MPD, MEL…etc.)
- Technical documentation and authoring skills
- Excellent command in English language
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office Applications
- Statistical Data Analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or any related field
