This position will support Internal Quality- Fabrications/Machining. Work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage quality control program.
· Analyze Scrap and Rework Data.
· Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution.
· Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5-10 years’ experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Microsoft Office experience.
· Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
· Minitab experience.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and evaluate product integrity and standards.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Ability to facilitate small teams in the 8D problem solving process.
· Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
· Team player and detail oriented.
· Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
