(English)
Work in highly collaborative teams and build quality applications.
Ensure all testing procedures and stages are followed as per the defined policy and procedure.
Prepare documents for system testing.
Knowledge of current standards and practices in software development
Inspect all operations that affect the quality.
Ensure the reliability and accuracy of production by checking the process and the result.
Assess customer needs and make sure they are satisfied.
Prepare and submit reports on the training program to the line manager on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Facilitate active solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
Keep documents safe.

(English)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.
At least 3 years’ experience in IT operation or quality assurance in banking or related systems
Well-educated knowledge in accounting and finance or related systems experience
Well-understanding of testing applications and flow processes
Good knowledge of IT operations and quality assurance.
Willingness to learn new software systems.
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, design system, and analysis
Good communication skills in English
Strong commitment to work under pressure and the ability to work independently in a team spirit.
