Entry-Level Construction Quality Assurance Field Technician Jobs in Tuscaloosa, AL at TTL Inc
Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
Standardization of batches
Monitoring of production lines
Calibration of equipment. All startup QA functions
Evaluate finished product. Ability to adjust formulas
Environmental microbiological testing
Ability to perform tests using Charm Luminator ATP Swab Test
Keep equipment cleaned and in proper operating condition
Keep area neat and clean and take required samples
May be required to train other employees
Ability to perform all quality checks including product and packaging
Other duties as assigned
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Must be able to abide by The AFP Mission Statement dealing with customers, quality, innovation, integrity and ethics values.
Must be able to value people, teamwork, safety, excellence, and have pride and dignity for work performed.
Must be proficient in math
Must have a Degree in science or 3-5 years QA food lab related experience
Must have experience in analytical testing
Must be able to perform and understand diagnostic tests
Must be well organized and have a good safety record
Must abide by company rules
Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and written form.
Computer knowledge Microsoft word and excel
