Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager in Lexington, NC. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. They will work closely with production staff to maintain product quality and resolve any quality issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Quality Control, Auditing, and Compliance skills
Experience with QMS, PPAP, PFEMA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes is a plus
Experience with IATF 16949
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,008.00 – $85,271.00 per year
