Location: Minneapolis or St. Paul (Hybrid)
In this position, you’ll be based in a Minneapolis or St. Paul office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

A role you will love
This position is a support role in Corporate Trust working on our Monitoring, Oversight, Production, and Review team.
· Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files
· Ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations.
· Functions include evaluating processes to ensure business standards are followed.
· Providing information to business partners and management.
· This position will be partnered with a with Business Support Consultant to own specific Review Programs in the portfolio.
· This position will primarily support Doc Custody quality control reviews as well as other lines of corporate trust business.

Other key skills required for the role include:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in trust, financial services or account management.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents
Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $50,000- $60,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
