MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A QUALITY SUPERVISOR
As a Quality Supervisor, you play a critical role in ensuring the products we send out into the world meet our high standards-and yours. You’ll spend your days conducting analytical and physical product testing, monitoring key quality systems, and documenting everything with precision. Whether you’re supporting external audits, training team members, or leading floor inspections, your contributions help drive continuous improvement. You keep a close eye on GMP compliance, provide guidance when things need to improve, and help ensure every item that leaves our facility is something we’re proud to put our name on.
ARE YOU THE QUALITY SUPERVISOR WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
A degree in a quality or science-related field
3+ years of experience as a quality assurance supervisor
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and short deadlines
A sharp eye for detail, color accuracy, and print quality
Strong understanding of regulatory constraints in packaging
Proactive and adaptable mindset with a “can-do” attitude
