Entry-Level Quality Assurance Engineer
Role Description
Support the delivery of high-quality software products by executing testing activities and ensuring applications meet defined quality standards. Develop and perform test cases, identify and document defects, verify bug fixes, and assist in maintaining testing documentation. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to evaluate system performance and reliability. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to improve product quality, enhance testing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor testing results, track issues, and contribute to maintaining a stable and efficient software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and defect management processes. Familiarity with web applications, databases, software development concepts, and testing tools is advantageous. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities. Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving requirements, and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions.
