A fast-scaling IT services and quality assurance firm in the BFSI and enterprise data space, we help global clients validate and accelerate data-driven transformations through rigorous ETL, data warehouse, and data pipeline testing. Our team ensures zero-defect data delivery for mission-critical analytics, compliance reporting, and real-time decision systems—working with Fortune 500 clients across banking, retail, and telecom verticals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and automate test cases for ETL workflows—validating data extraction, transformation logic, and loading accuracy across source-to-target systems.
- Perform end-to-end data validation using SQL, comparing source vs target data, ensuring referential integrity, aggregation accuracy, and business rule compliance.
- Execute regression, smoke, and performance tests on data pipelines to detect data drift, latency anomalies, and volume-related bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with ETL developers and data engineers to reproduce defects, root cause data mismatches, and validate fixes before production deployment.
- Document test scenarios, test data requirements, and defect reports using JIRA/ALM; maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Enhance test coverage by identifying risk areas in transformation logic, join conditions, and dimensional modeling structures in data warehouses.
