We are seeking an experienced Execution Reliability Specialist to join our team in Midland, Texas. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 1 year.
Role Overview
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and control measures for drilling and completion activities.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on safety, timelines, and costs.
Perform inspections and tests on drilling equipment, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and provide training on quality standards and procedures.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of sound quality assurance practices and best practices in meeting industry standards and specifications.
General knowledge of Oilfield Drilling Engineering and Operations.
Experience in Drilling Engineering and Operations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Material Selection/Engineering, Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Nonconformance Reporting and Continuous Improvement Systems.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is desired.
8 years of experience in drilling & completions, oilfield related inspection, manufacturing, or quality/procurement.
General background of 5 years in quality assurance/quality control programs related to goods and services used in drilling and completion operations.
ITIL or relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous.
Minimum 2 years in a position requiring minimal daily supervision.
Minimum 3 years in network maintenance, infrastructure planning, Cisco networking, Windows server maintenance, Microsoft networking technologies, and Office 365 management.
