This is a newly designed role with real impact, which is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being at the centre of things, and knows how to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. About the roleYou’ll be the go-to person for all things coordination and communication, whether it’s managing diaries, planning travel, prepping for meetings, or handling confidential correspondence. From organising high-level meetings and keeping calendars humming, to arranging seamless travel and supporting key events, you’ll play a central part in helping Poseidon leadership team stay focused and effective.This role also offers the chance to step into light project management, support corporate events, and refine internal systems to improve day-to-day efficiencies.
