- Ensuring compliance to shift production targets as per TCPL quality and hygiene standards.
- Ensuring minimal wastage, optimum manpower utilization, and operating at maximum efficiency.
- Ensuring accurate and timely record keeping and data entry (Line inspection after cleaning, Record after allergen cleaning, Flavour change over check list, physical line inspection daily check list, Line inspection before cleaning, Line inspection record after boil out, maintain PAE + Weak-link checks & records as PI guideline (Products Oil% test, Bess salt, Seasoning Salt% etc).
- Ensuring line discipline during production. Work closely with production supervisors or shift in-charge to ensure quality standards are maintained and to resolve issues proactively.
- Enabling the implementation of a quality and hygiene-focused culture that promotes company growth.
- Responsible for implementing FSMS-related activities at the operation;
- Provide effective HR and Administrative support to the operatives.
- Ensuring GMP, GHP & GLP Practices.
- Preparing online reports such as: Daily report, GSM, Oil test report, Moisture, seasoning test report & others.
- Take quick decisions in the shift regarding batch approval, rework, rejection, or line clearance based on quality observations.
- Maintain good communication with the relevant department and all office colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in food technology
- Skills: quality control procedures, food manufacturing, knowledge of quality control, food safety and sanitation, food industry knowledge, daily operations management, quality management, production management, kitchen operations, cgmp practices
