DRESS2DECOR is looking for Executive- QMS (Quality Management System)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare, update, and control SOPs, Policies, Procedures, Formats, and Work Instructions.
- Monitor compliance with company quality standards and buyer requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure proper record retention.
- Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, QA and Production teams.
- Monitor process performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct employee awareness and QMS training programs.
- Ensure implementation of ISO standards and company procedures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QMS performance reports.
- Investigate quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor KPI achievement and quality objectives.
- Ensure all departments follow approved procedures and documentation requirements.
- Assist in risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and quality records.
- Support continuous improvement projects and operational excellence programs.
- Coordinate and track all development samples from factories to ensure timely submission.
- Conduct sample quality checks based on buyer requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain communication between factories, merchandising teams, and the PGS office.
- Manage sample status, documentation, and follow-up for approvals and comments.
- Support daily PGS office operations related to sample development and quality management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
- Bachelor of Science (Pass)
- Bachelor of Social Science (Pass)
- Skills Required: Sample Technician
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Textile,Buying House
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of QMS, SOP Development, CAPA, and Internal Auditing.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
