Executive – Quality Assurance
Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical products and processes at Piramal Pharma Limited, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
Job Responsibilities**
- Execute quality control checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Conduct documentation review for batch records, analytical reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and other relevant regulations.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor environmental conditions in manufacturing and storage areas to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory affairs teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other quality-related documents.
- Support validation activities for equipment, processes, and analytical methods.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
