Working Environment Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for Lean Management and Quality-related programs, and help coordinate relevant activities and events. Oversee, manage, and facilitate the Centre’s Quality-related projects, initiatives, and training/workshops. Assist in coordinating and supporting activities related to Quality Service Certification. Facilitate and manage the Centre’s accreditation processes, licensing inspections, audits, and compliance with standards. Review and develop regulatory policies for licensable healthcare services to ensure
patient safety
, welfare, and public interest.
Support the establishment and enforcement of licensing requirements for healthcare services. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience with
quality management systems and quality system audits Preferably, experience in
Patient Safety
, Quality Improvement,
Quality Assurance
