Confidence Group is looking for Executive-Technical Audit
Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct technical, operational, project, and manufacturing audits across EPC, construction, transformer, battery, steel pole, concrete pole, and geotextile businesses.
- Review engineering designs, BOQs, estimates, specifications, project execution, and compliance with contracts, standards, and approved drawings.
- Evaluate project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, progress monitoring, change management, and project close-out processes.
- Assess manufacturing efficiency, material utilization, production controls, quality assurance, yield performance, and inventory management.
- Verify raw material consumption, production records, quality reports, warranty claims, and finished goods controls.
- Review procurement, tendering, vendor selection, contract management, and contractor performance to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.
- Conduct physical verification of inventory, project materials, and fixed assets, and validate ERP records and reconciliations.
- Evaluate Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) compliance and identify operational and safety risks.
- Prepare audit reports, communicate findings and recommendations, and present audit observations to Head of Audit and Compliance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- [Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology ]students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies,Cement Industry, Technical Infrastructure
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and project costing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Salary
- Tk. 30000 – 45000 (Monthly)
