Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cannabis Trimmer to assist in the post-harvest process of our cannabis plants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Carefully trim and manicure harvested cannabis plants to ensure optimal quality and presentation.
– Work efficiently while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
– Assist with other post-harvest tasks as needed, including sorting and packaging.
– Follow all safety and compliance procedures related to cannabis handling.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in cannabis trimming or horticulture is preferred.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
– Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual labor.
– Must be at least 21 years old, and comply with state regulations regarding cannabis employment.
