岗位概述
本岗位核心职责为执行生产过程中的质量检验工作，确保产品质量符合公司质量流程、要求与标准，保障产品质量的高度一致性。同时，需按要求向总部团队提交各类质量问题报告，全面参与公司质量管控相关工作。
岗位职责
落实并执行质量标准
- 依据既定质量要求，常驻现场并针对面料及材料供应商的样品与大货开展面料检验工作。
- 配合直属上级与总部对接风险评估事宜，制定合理的纠正措施方案并落地执行，保障生产顺利推进。
- 精准识别生产中的质量问题，协同跨职能团队深入排查根本原因，联合工厂共同落实整改措施。
- 负责质量缺陷数据的收集、整理、汇报与深度分析，为质量改进提供数据支撑。
- 全程监督生产流程，确保各环节严格符合公司质量标准。
- 就工艺规范与质量要求，与公司品质团队及总部保持常态化沟通，确保质量要求统一落地。
质量绩效与项目管理
- 配合直属上级及总部完成质量检验报告的编制与文件归档工作。
- 与直属上级和总部保持密切沟通，通过统计数据分析监控供应商 / 工厂的综合绩效，制定针对性整改计划以实现快速改善。
- 协助上级推进各类质量专项项目的落地执行。
- 完成管理层安排的其他质量相关工作。
专业能力要求（知识、技能与素养）
- 熟练掌握面料生产全工艺流程，具备扎实的面料生产专业知识。
- 深入了解户外、运动及高尔夫服装领域的面料与材料特性及技术要求。
- 拥有丰富的面料检验实操经验，精通四分制（4 Points System）面料检验标准。
- 具备优秀的谈判沟通、数据分析及报告撰写能力，能高效处理质量相关问题。
- 英语读写及口语能力流利，具备日语能力者将优先考虑。
- 具备良好的组织协调能力，能合理规划工作并高效推进。
- 工作适应性强，具备高度灵活性，可应对多变的工作场景。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件 Word、Excel、PPT 等，能高效完成数据处理与文档制作。
学历与经验要求
- 具备5 年及以上相关工作经验。
- 拥有纺织相关专业大专及以上学历证书。
工作环境与出差要求
- 工作地点为专业办公环境，日常在办公工位开展工作。
- 日常熟练应用各类办公设备，包括电脑、计算器、复印机、传真机及相关业务管理软件。
- 需频繁进行国内出差，同时承担国际出差任务。

In the same spirit, Callaway Golf Vietnam is currently recruiting a Fabric Quality Assurance Analyst located in Shanghai/ Wuxi or nearby area, China.

JOB OVERVIEW
Monitoring & conduct inspections in manufacturing process to ensure product quality comply with company’s quality procedure, requirements and standard, ensure high consistency and accuracy. This position will assist in creating reports on all findings to the Head Quarter team members as requested.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and execute quality standards:
- Permanent on-site control quality output of fabric and materials suppliers through fabric inspections for sample and bulk orders base on given quality requirements.
- Work with his/her supervisor to liaise with Headquarter for risk assessment, ensure appropriate corrective actions plan in place for production execution.
- Identify quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with factories
- Be responsible for the data collection, reporting and analysis of defects.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply to the company standards.
- Constant alignment and communication with Quality team and Headquarter on workmanship and quality requirements.
Reporting on quality performance and projects:
- Liaise with his/her supervisor and Headquarter for quality inspection report – documentation and maintenance.
- Liaise with his/her supervisor and Headquarter, monitor vendors/factories’ performance through analysis of statistical data. Work out corrective action plan for immediate improvement.
- Support his/her supervisor for quality projects.
Plus, any other requirements as directed by Management
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficiency in fabric production processes
- Good knowledge on technical outdoor, sport and golf wear fabric and materials
- Excellent experience on fabric inspection and 4 points system
- Strong negotiation, analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command of English both in written and spoken. Japanese speaking will be a benefit.
- Good organizational skills.
- High degree of flexibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Diploma in textile studies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
- Travel frequently domestically. International travel will be required.
