Job Opportunity:
Vehicle Auditor at the Port of Baltimore
Do you have a TWIC card? Do you have a valid driver’s license? Do you enjoy working with vehicles? If yes, we have an exciting position for you. You will be auditing and inspecting vehicles at the Port of Baltimore. If you do not have a TWIC card but are willing to obtain one, please apply to learn more about the position and how to get your TWIC card.
Salary: $19.99 – $20 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 6 AM – 3 PM
Education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Require TWIC card and valid driver’s license
Must have own transportation
Evaluate compliance with regulatory policies
Understand all processes from start to finish
Verify the accuracy of quality reports, records, corrective actions, etc.
Work closely with customers to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Effective communication skills (listening, writing, verbal)
Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize responsibilities
Punctual and dependable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Obtain TWIC and Port badge (preferably already have one)
Travel between locations
At least one year of vehicle auditing experience
Physical Requirements
Wearing steel toe shoes
Working in a non-temperature controlled environment
Standing for up to 8 hours
Skills and Qualifications
Vehicle Inspector (1 year of experience preferred)
Procedure Auditor (1 year of experience preferred)
Entry level accepted
