ARE YOU A HANDS-ON LEADER WHO CAN MANAGE A MAINTENANCE TEAM AND MAKE SURE THE JOB GETS DONE RIGHT?
We are a growing property management company looking for an experienced Field Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our handyman team and daily maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize Work Orders daily
- Assign jobs and provide clear instructions to handymen
- Create daily schedules and organize efficient routes
- Monitor progress and adjust priorities throughout the day
- Follow up on delayed or incomplete work
- Inspect completed repairs and perform quality control
- Ensure technicians submit photos, notes, receipts, and required documentation
- Identify needed materials, parts, tools, and vendors
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and help determine solutions
- Hold the maintenance team accountable for productivity and quality
- Coordinate closely with the office Operations Coordinator
- Escalate emergencies and major repairs to management
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Hands-on maintenance/construction experience
- Experience supervising handymen, technicians, or contractors
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting compensation: $1,200 per week
