Position: Field Representative for Construction Projects

As a crucial member of our Consult and Construct business, the Field Representative monitors progress on-site during the construction phase. Your responsibilities include verifying compliance with approved designs and specifications, recording deviations, and maintaining precise site documentation. By reporting to the Project Leader, you will enhance communication among teams and ensure quality assurance throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site visits to assess construction activities
• Verify compliance with contract documents and specifications
• Identify and document defects and non-conformances
• Maintain daily site diaries, reports, and photographic records
• Attend site meetings and provide factual input
